- How do I pay, and when is payment taken?
- Payment is taken in full at the time of booking via secure card payment. We accept all major credit and debit cards. A confirmation and receipt are emailed immediately.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- Bookings cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled flight receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, but we will always work with you to reschedule if your travel plans change.
- What ID do I need to bring?
- You must travel with the passport (and any visas) that matches your flight booking. Our host handles all interaction with the border on your behalf — you simply present your passport.
