Terms of Service

These Terms govern bookings made through Heathrow VIP, a service operated by Altura Travel Group Ltd. By making a booking you accept these Terms.

Bookings & payment

Bookings are confirmed only on receipt of full payment. Prices shown are per guest in GBP and include all taxes and airport fees applicable at the time of booking.

Cancellation & changes

Cancellations more than 48 hours before the scheduled flight are refunded in full. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. We will always work with you to reschedule.

Service delivery

Our hosts and chauffeur partners deliver the booked service in line with the operating procedures of LHR - London. We are not liable for flight delays, cancellations or events outside our reasonable control.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the booking. Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
