Where you meet your host

  • Arriving: at the aircraft door, on the jet bridge. Your host carries a discreet sign with your name.
  • Departing: at the private Heathrow VIP entrance — full directions and a contact number are sent the day before travel.
  • Connecting: at your arriving aircraft door, airside.

Getting to Heathrow

The private entrance sits a short drive from Central London. We strongly recommend pairing your suite with our chauffeur service so the handover from car to host is seamless — but you are welcome to use any transport you prefer.
